SMS Consent Disclosure

This is the exact disclosure a visitor reads next to the consent checkbox on an athlete's Superstar page before saving permission to be texted by that athlete's line. `{ATHLETE_NAME}` is replaced with the athlete's full name at render time; nothing else in the paragraph changes. The browser sends this document's version and SHA-256 together with the rendered paragraph; the server refuses anything but the current version and stores the rendered text and its own hash with the record.
Saving permission here sends nothing. The line only ever replies to a message the visitor sends first: after saving, the visitor texts the athlete's keyword to the line themselves, and that first text confirms the record.

Age
Superstar lines are for adults only. A separate, unbundled checkbox records that the visitor is 18 or older. The line never messages anyone who tells it they are under 18.
What is recorded
Athlete, the number (encrypted at rest; only the last four digits are ever shown to a person), the time, the IP address and browser the request came from, this document's version and fingerprint, the exact paragraph rendered, both checkbox values, the page the request came from, and the moment the number's own first text confirmed the record. Revocation (STOP, a plain-language request, or support) is recorded against the same row and never deleted.
